Wholeness Coach for Called Women In Leadership
As someone who knows what it is like to lead while quietly unraveling, to carry responsibility, vision, and faith while navigating broken identity, unhealed wounds, and the exhaustion of silent survival, I understand the hidden weight many leaders carry. That lived reality did more than shape my calling; it shaped how I showed up in every room, every assignment, and every relationship.

Today, as an Alignment Architect, my work is centered on helping women experience true transformation through the renewal of the mind and the healing of the soul. I bring together emotional and relational intelligence, trauma-informed mental health insight, and Kingdom leadership formation to help women understand how deeply their beliefs shape their lives and how God’s truth restores identity, renews the mind, and brings lasting freedom.

Through both ministry and the marketplace, I guide women of faith into deep, sustainable healing, courageous leadership, and a holy confidence rooted in who God actually says they are. My work is grounded in sound theology and biblical psychology while also drawing from the growing field of neurotheology, which explores how spiritual belief and practice influence the mind and brain.

This integration allows women to experience transformation not only spiritually, but emotionally and mentally as well helping them move beyond survival into a life of alignment, clarity, and Kingdom authority.

This is why I founded The Healed Leader Institute a Christ-centered, sacred learning space for women who are ready to lay down survival, release emotional pain, recover from spiritual and leadership burnout, and rise healed from the inside out.
