I know what it feels like to carry the weight of leadership while quietly coming apart at the seams. To be the one others lean on while wrestling with your own questions. To show up faithfully for the assignment while battling exhaustion, unresolved wounds, and the silent pressure of keeping it all together.

For years, I believed strength meant enduring. I believed survival was maturity. I believed that if I carried it well enough, no one would notice the cost. But God was never asking me to survive my calling. He was inviting me to be transformed by Him. That journey became more than my testimony. It became the foundation of my life's work.

Today I do that work as The Beliefsmith, my name for the deep work of examining and reforging what a woman believes at her core. Because what we believe determines how we live. When identity is distorted, leadership becomes exhausting. When the soul is neglected, purpose becomes a burden. But when truth takes root, everything begins to align.

​

Through ministry, coaching, and leadership development, I help women move beyond information into transformation, integrating sound theology, biblical psychology, trauma-informed insight, and the emerging field of neurotheology, which explores the relationship between belief, spiritual formation, and the renewing of the mind.

 

The goal is healing that is not only spiritual, but emotional, mental, and relational.

This conviction gave birth to The Healed Leader Institute. More than a coaching organization, it is a sacred space for women who are tired of merely functioning and are ready to live whole. A place where wounds are confronted, identity is restored, leaders are rebuilt, and women are equipped to walk in the fullness of their God-given authority.

Because God did not call you to carry your assignment while bleeding internally. He called you to be healed, whole, and fully alive while you carry it.
