As someone who knows what it is like to lead while quietly unraveling. To carry responsibility, vision, and faith while navigating broken identity, unhealed wounds, and the exhaustion of silent survival. That lived reality shaped not only my calling but how I showed up in every area of my life.
​Today, as the Alignment Architect, I bring together emotional and relational intelligence, mental health insight, and Kingdom leadership across both ministry and the marketplace. I guide women of faith into deep, sustainable healing, courageous leadership, and a holy confidence rooted in who God actually says they are.

This is why I founded The Healed Leader Institute a Christ-centered, sacred space for women who are ready to lay down survival, release emotional pain, recover from spiritual burnout, and rise healed from the inside out.

Grounded in sound theology and forged through real-world experience, this work exists for one sacred purpose: to see women stop leading from wounds and start leading from restoration, identity, and divine authority.
