Wholeness Coach for Called Women In Leadership
Hi, I’m Teara.
I help women of faith heal deeply, lead boldly, and rise with clarity and confidence. As a Core Belief Transformation Coach, Emotional and Relational Intelligence Mentor, Mental Health Coach, Ministry and Corporate Leader. I guide women back to the truth of who they are and the power of who God called them to be.
But before I ever coached others, I was the woman who needed this. I didn’t know who I truly was. I led from my wounds, not my identity. I showed up strong while silently unraveling and I believed that survival was strength.
That’s why I founded The Healed Leader Institute: to create the very spaces I once needed safe, sacred, and Christ-centered where women can untangle from emotional pain, spiritual burnout, and leadership fatigue… and rise into purpose with wholeness and boldness.
With a theological foundation and years of real-world leadership experience in ministry and the marketplace, I understand both the weight and the sacredness of a woman’s call. My mission is simple: to help women heal at the root so they can lead from restoration, no longer brokeness.
